2. PRELOWOILPRES low oil pressure warning
There are two levels of low oil pressure protection in the Cummins seven light machine. The first pre alarm means that the oil pressure is low and needs to be handled, and the pre alarm will not shut down (SHUTDOWN). But if the oil pressure is not handled, the machine will shut down if the oil pressure continues to be low, and the yellow light will not light up after handling.
3. PRERIGHENGTEMP: High water temperature warning
The reason is the same as above. Change the water temperature. When the water temperature of the new Cummins seven light machine rises to 100 degrees, the alarm will be given. If the water temperature does not rise to 105 degrees, the machine will shut down.
4. Overspeed protection is commonly represented by rabbits
The general speed of a diesel engine is 1500 rpm. If it exceeds 10%, i.e. 1650 rpm, it will be protected and immediately shut down, with a red light on. Our controller 501K has this function (BE20 does not have this function). There are two types of overspeed protection signals for 501K. One is to connect the speed sensor and use its signal; The second is to connect the 220V generator voltage and use the frequency of the voltage as the input signal.
5. LOOILPRESSURE: Low oil pressure
In the Kangmingqi seven light machine, this is the shutdown light, red, indicating low oil pressure.
6. HIENGTEMP (HIGHWATERTEMPRETURE): High engine water temperature
In the Cummins seven light machine, this is the stop light, red, indicating that the water temperature is too high.
7. OverCRANK: Overcrank (start failure)
This light only appears during remote start. Remote start is a contact type (with two wires connected). If this light is on during normal operation, it may cause a malfunction on the circuit board, and we do not need the remote start function.
8. AMMETER: AC current of Ammeter
Table Cummins machine also has a change-over switch UPPERSCALE to show the upper scale, and LOWER SCALE to see the lower scale, which can be selected according to the size of the machine. Generally, the range of Ammeter is twice the power of the unit, and the 250 kW machine uses a 500 amp Ammeter.
